BODULO Agency is a company with seventeen years of experience in real estate brokerage.
Our specialty are the islands of the Zadar archipelago, while on land we work especially with exclusive real estate and major projects.
We offer family houses, old Dalmatian stone houses, villas 1st row to the sea, apartments, various building plots of different sizes and locations, autochthonous olive groves, and other agricultural land, as well as larger projects on islands and land: hotels and resorts, marinas, larger building land 1st row by the sea from 20000 - 450000 m2 (T2 and T3 zones).

Kukljica
The village Kukljica is located in the far southeast of the island, near the Ždrelac pass.
The old town with original examples of folk architecture from the tourist peninsula of Zelena punta is shared by a large natural bay with a port always full of fishing boats and sailing ships. Every year on August 05 is an attractive procession for Lady of the Snow (Gospe od Sniga) by ships from Kukljica to the church Lady of Snow in the Ždrelac Pass, where, according to tradition, 400 years ago, in the middle of the summer, snow fell.

This placid settlement of exemplary olive growers, vintners and fishermen developed around the Church of St. Cosmas, built in 1356. The surrounding hills offer a spectacular view of the Pasman Channel.
If you drink your fill of fresh spring water in Banj, you will certainly want to return to this peaceful and beautiful place. The town of Banj was first mentioned in 1265 in the form of Bagni. This was also the name of theisland, “Insula Bagni”. The island had this name in years 1290 and 1333. The name itself derives from the Roman word Balnea which means bath (spa). Discovered Roman coins prove that Banj was inhabited in antique times and that Romans had their baths in it.
