In Preko, the traffic and administrative center of the island of Ugljan, one of the most picturesque islands in the Zadar archipelago, are located these beautifully decorated stone houses. A Roman rustic villa used to be located on this location. These houses are only a five minute walk from the ferry port, which makes them perfectly connected to the city of Zadar.

The property consists of two stone houses completely restored with a tavern and one stone ruin. In the middle there is a classic Dalmatian courtyard with a garden, a fireplace and a bread oven, while a touch of modern times has entered the newly built beautiful pool.

For heating, the owners have installed restored tile stoves from the period before World War II, while on the first floor there is a designer Jotul stove.
